Jobs can be priced in a few ways. I can provide an estimate for the work beforehand or I can charge a flat hourly rate for labor plus material cost.
TV Mounting
The price for TV mounting will vary depending on the necessity of adding additional outlets or Data and the location of existing outlets in relation to the desired location.
An average TV mounting job with an added outlet and cable connection will take around 3 hours.
Ceiling Fans
The price for installing a ceiling fan may vary depending on the desired location. In general it will be less expensive to replace an existing fan as there should be no need to run new power to the location.
An average Ceiling fan installation will take 2 to 3 hours.
Lighting
The price for lighting could vary greatly depending on the work being done. Replacing an existing light with a new one however is usually fairly simple work and can often be done quickly and easily at minimal cost.
Remodeling
A full remodeling job is generally quite extensive and will require a visual inspection of the area to obtain an estimate.
FLOORING
My rates for installing a floating floor is extremely competative and I will undercut the competition. Call for an estemate today.

Our rates for motion sensors varies depending on the type being installed. We can install Multiple switch type sensors in hour home in a single hour giving you rooms with lights that turn on and off automatically when you enter and leave.

Setting up a system is generally simple and accomplished in minimal time. But may vary depending on your needs.
Trouble shooting problems will generally be done on an hourly rate as there is no predefined solution before the job begins.
